Hypnosis
Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is particularly effective for releasing emotional and unconscious blockages. It is also particularly suitable for difficulties with weight loss and quitting smoking.
Ericksonian Hypnosis
This type of hypnosis comes from Milton Erickson (1901-1980) who revolutionized the world of psychotherapy with his human and creative approach.
The hypnotic state is an altered state of consciousness that allows access to the unconscious and enables learning without suffering the barriers of the mind.
It is the subject who is led to find their own solutions, the therapist imposes nothing.
Conversational Hypnosis
Takes effect during a conversation between a therapist and a subject. Milton Erickson was the great pioneer of this very effective form of hypnosis that goes hand in hand with NLP.
Regression Hypnosis
Also called energetic and/or spiritual hypnosis, it is a hypnosis that helps heal wounds from periods of the past, however distant that past may be.
It allows, through these regressions, to better understand the path, the missions and the relationships between beings.
By bringing to this moment buried resources, happy and joyful memories but also memories of traumas, an awareness occurs of what may have been hard, violent and thus to forgive and forgive oneself.
This type of hypnosis allows unblocking everything that prevents us from connecting to our essence and then accessing it, with complete autonomy.
With complete autonomy because the therapist is only there to guide their client, never to tell them what they should see or hear.
It is a true return to oneself.
It is a non-religious and non-dogmatic practice.
It should not be used out of curiosity but rather as part of a personal development process.
There is no need to believe, to accept all these concepts for regression hypnosis to work and even better, to give extraordinary results. The person being guided is free to modify the words given by the therapist.

What is NLP?
NLP was established in the early 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, a mathematician and a linguist, both psychologists.
They studied the behavior of people who succeeded brilliantly in their field in order to model their behavior and thus propose ways of being that allow us to overcome our blockages.
They chose Milton Erickson, psychiatrist, Virginia Satir, family therapist and Fritz Perls, psychotherapist.
Many other people subsequently contributed to advancing NLP.
It is a very powerful personal development tool to be in harmony with oneself and others.
